Trading of FREYR’s shares on the NOTC ended on 5 July 2021 due to the business combination between FREYR and Alussa Energy Acquisition Corp. (“Alussa Energy”), which created the company FREYR Battery with effect from 9 July 2021.

Legacy shareholders of FREYR have now received shares in FREYR Battery and Sjonfjellet Vindpark Holding AS.

The shares in FREYR Battery issued to the FREYR legacy shareholders are freely tradeable on the NYSE under the ticker FREY, after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) approved the S-1 filing on 08/09/2021. The prospectus is published on www.sec.gov under company filings for FREYR Battery: https://sec.report/Ticker/frey

The shares in Sjonfjellet Vindpark Holding AS are not listed but can be traded. Please contact your bank or broker regarding these shares.
